Good morning.
I thought I would let you get to know us.
I will start off with myself.I love to sew, bake, worship, garden and spend time with my family. Not to interesting but that is me.I am a country girl and love the country life.I want our children to grow up the same way I did. There are so many children who think time with family consist of going to the mall,or a theme park.It is not time with family is just that time with family. We love to have fires out by the pond, walk through the woods,or go to some of the local forts we have.

My husband is a wonderful man who has been a rock when I needed it. We meet 14 years ago, neither of us were saved at the time. When we met I had Brett,Jarret and Hilliary from my first marriage,he had Veronica from his.About 6 months after we met Jarret started loosing his eye sight but Fred stayed, then a few month later we learned that Hilliary would go blind as well again he was there. There are so many men(bio fathers) that would run and could not handle things being wrong with their child but my husband stayed!
Later when we found out JJ and Hilly(about 3 years later) had a terminal illness again I told him I would understand if he wanted to leave but he stayed and is and always has been a wonderful husband and father. He puts his family first no matter what.

Brett our oldest is a great young man. He has been through so much and yet has dealt with thing s good. He is almost 21 and is such a good brother to his younger siblings.

Jarret was a wonderful boy,so full of life with eyes so blue you could get lost in them.Always happy and he never seemed upset about loosing his eye sight ,just seemed to take it in stride. We did not stop him from trying anything (with in reason) he wanted. Jarret had a disease called Batten Disease,it is horrible and there is no cure for it.As a parent you have to sit by and watch your child slip away little by little. There is nothing you can do except be there for them. The disease causes blindness, seizures, they lose the ability to walk, talk swallow. It changes the child personality. If you want to read more you can visits the battens web site www.bdsra.org .Jarret was 12 when he passed,it caught us by complete surprise. He was still able to talk and walk with help. The day he passed he was telling everyone that he loved us and jumping on the couch. That night my husband checked on him around 1:30 am he was okay ,I went in at 6:45 and he was gone. GOD took his precious angle home . My heart fell out of my chest. Nothing can compare to the loss of a child.Jarret was almost 13.HE passed away 11 days before his birthday. Jarret Eldridge Jones 8/26/90-8/15/03 Gone with GOD and is now whole never will he ever experience pain or seizures again. One day I see my baby boy again.

I will fill in about Hilliary,Veronica and Rebekah ,Olivia,Ryan,Samuel,Sophia and Richard next post, the crew is up and demanding food!!!!
